Passing the time playing FPS

Well I don't wanna play DAoC. Not enough people have said good things about SB for me to give them my credit card info so that I can try the game out, plus I can't stand the lag I get for going to their website so I can imagine what the lag is like in-game. So all that being said I am still killin' stuff in Delta Force AND a new Delta Force just came out it is GREAT!! Delta Force Black Hawk Down. It is based on the US's involvement in Somalia back when the UN was our friend. So you get to kill darkies. I am all about killing the darkies. (inside joke don't be offended, stfu kthx)

I am playing as "Quistin (KoT)", male version of Quistis since they didn't make female Delta and Ranger members this time. :(

Sartori/Tuck plays with his squad they call themselves (AoM) "Army of Monkeys". So if you do play and you see a AoM member tell them hi from KoT, then if they are an opponent, shoot them in the head and taught them by playing dead over their dead body. (F9 + 8)

The demo has a lot of multiplayer features and weapons turned off so if you do play multiplayer and notice there are people shooting at you from helicopters you can't see that is why. (There is a hack to get around this, let me know if you need)

The game is only $35-$40, with no subscription fee for online play.

I'm havin a great time in Shadowbane, Q. I played for 6 hours yesterday with 0 lag and 0 crashes. The only bugs I had were that all the open windows would flash solid colors (extremely rarely, like once an hour), and I got stuck looting a corpse which I got out of by attacking another mob. I like the character progression so far (level 11 warrior) and the city systems are quite good (you can transport to most other bergs and bind in many of them, all of them once you're post 10).

I wish we could have all jumped in at the same times, everyone joining later on is going to put us at a significant disadvantage on (any) server, and so far I've yet to meet up with a KoT, tho I did speak with Lobo extremely briefly.

I'm even getting used to the point and click interface quite quickly... tho I'm sure there is an easier way to target and attack a quick moving object than to doubleclick. It can be hard to doubleclick stuff thats moving fast.

Not till I see KoT stick it out and hear they're actually making progress with the game. The complaints I'm hearing now are the same ones I heard months ago, doesn't inspire confidence they'll support the game for shit.

Straevan here, I am playing on Scorn in Shadowbane. I am a level 26 Prelate, I was 31 but had a rollback:/ This game is great. However, there is a huge problem with making your character poorly.

Luckily I waited to train my stats full before training. Maxxed int and Spirit then trained, and took the right runes.

Wondering where some of you are playing.
