Ok I been playing it and I see other people play it though Xfire and they have full gear over 600 ammo and plenty of stimpack and weapon in good condition. Im lvl 6 I barely have any ammo stimpack and good condition weapon. Any Advice out there?

Take repair, and get your small guns very high. It all depends how you want to play. I went through the game with max stealth and was all ninja like. Good game!
