Combat Recruits

We expect people in combat to listen very well to commands, and to be ready for combat with things like armor bags and mounts, performance in this area will be evaluated in the field. Its not going to be ok to join us and go afk for a month while you try to macro up your skills and never help out, donations and active pvp will be expected from everyone.

Crafting Recruits

All crafting recruits will be asked to donate more materials than the combatants. A high standard of combat skills aren't expected but should the need arise you should be able to defend if our city if it is to be attacked.

ALL players are expected to be on vent when they are in game regardless of what the character is doing at that time, whether it be soloing of gathering, there are no excuses. Some activity on the forums is also required even if it is just reading and acknowledging posts especially any stickies. Play times: Well, I play almost all day during the day. I do go to work for 4 days straight every 10 days.


Game experience (DFO and previous, be descriptive of your accomplishments in these games): Well, where to start. I started MMO's in the beta of Ultima Online on the Pacific server. I can't remember the guild I was with, but I stayed with them for around 3 years until Everquest came out. I was in the guild Dawntreaders. I played with them for about 2 years. I played EQ until the release of Dark Age of Camelot. In DAoC I played with a small group of guys called "Few". I stuck with those guys into Eve, Anarchy Online and eventually into Warhammer Online. I was guild leader of about 106 players for around 2 years. I had a daughter at that time so my game play time was cut. She's a bit older now so I have lots more time to play.


PVP experience: Tons of PvP in Ultima Online, Eve Online, Dark Age of Camelot. It's really the only thing that makes these games good.

Game experience (DFO and previous, be descriptive of your accomplishments in these games): I've played Pirates of the Burning Sea a lot and was a pro with my Ship of the Line, then I got into RuneScape and after I maxed 22/24 of the 99 skills that you can get on it, it got boring. Now I play Darkfall! Pretty got damn awesome dudes? I've been playing since August 09. My main focus right now is getting 110 quickness and getting my melee combat/ gold/ magic bars up!


PVP experience:
Pee Vee Pee? Who's heard of that? I have 500 deaths and 0 kills on my character! Haha. Na, but I've watched a ton of pvp vids and notice that the main thing you have to do is buff yourself, debuff the player, witches brew, transfers and nukes.

It is mainly a griefing/trade ganking clan that I didn't participate in because I was afk swimming. They thought I was a spy because I put phantoms in all the vent channels. I wish I was a spy though, I need an extra 150k in my pocket.


Why did you choose Knights of Terror?: I heard about you guys and wanted to join because of the laidback community / aspect of good pvpers and useful to help my character grow. I mainly want to be a group pvper and have a lot of fun gaining material wealth in DF. Then we can all have great times and drink lots of OJ.


How can you benefit the guild?: I can donate all the materials I harvest, help out the clan if they need something crafted or if they need any help killing a mob /pvp group.

I started in MMOs around 7 years ago with Runescape. After about a year or two my friend got me to play Guild Wars and I played that for maybe a month intill the infamous World of Warcraft came out. I played WoW off and on sense then. I played Vangaurd for about 5 months when it first came out didn't do to much in the game. I started playing DF about a year ago.

I was in the clan United Legions till about Nov, when my friend regrettably pulled me back into WoW.

I am leaving out huge chunks of info, but I just want to say this... I will defend WoW for what it is, A GAME just like DF.
