3d UO Iris Client

Many KoT started playing UO. I beta tested UO and played on pacific server for about 2 years if I remember correctly.

I have also ran my own pvp uo server. I used runuo (http://runuo.com/) and modified the scipts and settings.

I also ran across a 3d client called Iris (http://www.iris2.de/index.php/Main_Page). I think its being developed by a couple of kids from Germany. Check it out below...

Was a great game for it's time. Was on Catskills when it first came out. The game looks a lot better in 3d for sure. That video is from 2008 though. Did they ever finish it? I know Mythic has put a couple expansions out for UO since 2008.

I just don't think UO will ever have the player base that it once did.

Good music with it! I cannot remember who that band is though, I know the song... wonder if it is Sentenced. Bah.

OMFG, I remember reading about this when they were first making it, Never knew they fniished it.

It looks pretty fucken rad with the taming and PVP.. UO shoulda done this with updated graphics for UO2.. so fucken stupid OSI/EA is..

I have an account on UODEMISE (http://www.uodemise.com/) a free shard ran by the creators of RUNUO. I just logged into server while waiting for the DF Patch and there was at least 20-30 people at the Luna bank...
