So i just created an account, clicked on my name in the top right to edit my profile and it says i have been banned? I havent even been on longer than 5 min. Whats going on?

I played GW2, i was the riflewarrior named Ulrik, im in the KOT teamspeak as brandonanderson. I WvW with Origin (nifield), Saragis and Ashnod. I just created HammerHand cause thats why my GWUW character will be named.
