Hello All -
I'm in the clan already in DF2, but thought I should post here as well.
I'm Rupsky. I'm 42 years old with a wife and 3 year old daughter. We live in the Washington, DC area so my playing time is usually East coast after 8pm. I consider myself a hard core casual gamer, because I don't realy fit either definition. I usually want to do the hardest stuff a game has.
I wanted to play Darkfall because there haven't been any mmos lately that held my interest. DF seems to be different, so I thought I'd try it out. I talked to Mister Dirty in the game and he sent me along to you guys.
I use Vent or Teamspeak - prefer Teamspeak, but I don't really care. I tend to be very quiet until I get to know people, but that seems to work out ok with you all, based on the other thread.
I started playing video games in college with Civilization, then moved to RPGs with Baldur's Gate. I found Final Fantasy XI and played that for 6 or 7 years until I grew bored. Since then I've played a lot of games, but never really found one I enjoyed. Right now I'm playing World of Tanks of all things, but nothing else is really holding my interest. I'm expecting Darkfall to change that.
